When you start working with us, there is generally a business review and strategic planning phase that we work through and this is then followed by monthly consulting packages.

Clients generally work with us for a minimum of 3 months up to 18 months, depending on their needs.

We often conduct consulting online, and our services are available to anyone with an internet connection.

Face-to-face consulting is available in our Melbourne-based office and we often travel to other cities within Australia if our clients prefer us to visit them to work in-house with their team.
