When you start working with us, there is generally a business review and strategic planning phase that we work through and this is then followed by monthly consulting packages.

Clients generally work with us for a minimum of 3 months up to 18 months, depending on their needs.

We often conduct consulting and mentoring online and our courses are available to anyone with an internet connection.

Face-to-face consulting is available in our Melbourne based office and we often travel to other cities within Australia if our clients prefer us to visit them to work in house with their team.

Our founder, Elizabeth Formosa, has been working in the industry for over 25 years and managed multimillion dollar portfolios during her time working for some of Australia's most iconic retailers and wholesalers. Elizabeth cultivated her diverse industry experience and business acumen in senior roles in retail and wholesale businesses, and through growing her own fashion business.
