ABOUT

I am the International Sales Manager of Unreal Fur, a designer faux fur and ethical fashion brand founded by my family in Melbourne. Since 2011, Unreal Fur has grown from a small accessories brand to a renowned presence in the global ethical fashion market. In addition to our e-commerce channels, we work with retailers like Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Free People, Anthropolgie, and Rent the Runway to drive the worldwide revolution of ethical fashion.

I have over 10 years’ experience working across the beauty and fashion industries and I’m passionate about working with technology and people to scale brands into global operations. I started working in sales for Australian skincare company, Origani, right out of high school. From there, I became their global Sales Manager, expanding their brand presence into the American and European markets and managed teams of salespeople across dozens of stores. Eventually I opened my own skincare business in Perth and operated 15 stores in Australia and China.

My time in fashion began after the successful sale of my company and a move to Melbourne in 2016 to jumpstart the international sales channels at Unreal Fur, where I now cater to clients across three continents and manage their accounts from front to back. You could say global scaling and distribution is my bread and butter and building trusted and long-lasting relationships with my clients and retailers is how I make it all happen.

Today I am most proud of Unreal Fur’s mission to end cruelty in the fashion industry, which we’re achieving by helping brands and retailers around the world make the move from real animal by-products to viable and desirable faux alternatives. My team and I get things done by combining creativity and strategy, and I joined the Your Mentor Collective program to share the steps you can take to do this with your brand too.
