The Strategic Intensive is a focused, high-impact opportunity to step out of the day-to-day and work on your business with an experienced advisor by your side.

1. Clarity Call

To ensure the Strategic Intensive is the right fit, we begin with a Clarity Call.

This is an opportunity to share what you are currently navigating, and for Elizabeth to guide where we should focus during the Strategic Intensive to support clear direction and meaningful growth outcomes.

2. Before We Begin

You will complete a Consultation Preparation Guide, providing key information about your business so I can review and prepare ahead of our first session.

Elizabeth will review your preparation in detail, undertake analysis and relevant research, and come into Session 1 fully informed and prepared to focus on what will create the greatest impact.

3. Session One

Strategic Deep Dive (2 hours)

We take a structured, in-depth look at your business, working through key areas to identify challenges, opportunities and areas of misalignment.

This is often where the real breakthroughs happen. You gain clarity on what is working, what is not, and where your greatest opportunities for growth sit.

Together, we begin to unpack decisions, challenge assumptions, and apply a clear strategic lens to your business.

4. Integration Period

You will have time to step back, reflect and begin applying key insights within your business.

This space is important. It allows you to process decisions, test thinking, and return to Session 2 with greater clarity and context.

5. Session Two

Direction & Priorities (2 hours)

We build on the insights from Session 1 to refine direction, pressure-test decisions, and align on clear priorities.

This is where everything comes together. Moving from insight into action, with a focused and commercially sound plan for what comes next.

6. Strategic Action Plan

Following our sessions, you will receive a Strategic Action Plan outlining key insights, structural considerations, and clear priorities for your next phase of growth.

This is a working document designed to support clear decision-making and immediate action, with a focus on growth, elevation and optimisation.
